A very nice ice cream parlor, very nicely decorated. There are fantastic ice cream sundaes and they are very tasty. The service was also very, very nice. Everything was beautifully Italian!

A staff that is really rude with the customer when you think about what you want to eat. The milkshakes are not exactly the best. 2: 70 euros for 0.3 liters is way too much for that.

Unbelievable how you get dumped there unfriendly. We asked politely if you could choose a seat or if you were assigned a table (corona phase). NO ANSWER. After three minutes a group of 6 people came, tables were put together and the group was allowed to take a seat. We (2 people) were simply left standing and literally ignored !! Good luck with this store concept🤭😂!

Ice cream is very good, but one point deduction for the price. Cologne and the surrounding area is cheaper.

I was greeted nicely and got my ice cream and coffee quickly. Taste was totally fine. Will definitely go again, but not with the whole family, since I find it quite expensive ... that's why the star is deducted.

I have never experienced such unfriendly staff in an ice cream parlor. Three employees present and all three equally unfriendly. First we are told on arrival in an impossible tone, that the stroller should go away, although we have just looked around for a suitable place. Then one experiences the gentleman behind the ice bar (perhaps the owner), who does not greet and was even less friendly than the woman. And finally you ask an attendant for a toilet and get no answer. All in all, you feel like a customer, as another user has already written here, like the plague. We will definitely not come back. 1 star is already too much.

Unfriendly staff, one has the impression clientele is the plague. You stand in front of the bar and are neither welcomed nor noticed, although 2- 3 people stand behind the counter and work. It's alright if you have to wait, but a welcome and a friendly "One moment please!" is the least I expect. After I waited until the store was full and I was still ignored, I left ... That was the last attempt to get an ice cream. Not to be recommended at all.
